  105.   BLOOD and Body Fluids are perhaps the type of evidence that is most frequently found at any crime scene.  They are not limited to scenes of violence, nor do they always serve to identify the perpetrator or establish conclusive proof of guilt.  They do, however, provide elements of exclusion as well as investigative information which would otherwise be unavailable due to lack of witnesses or other evidence.
